This screenshot shows part of a screen where pupils are taught about the reaction of metals with acids; they are given a word equation, promted for formulas and finally have to balance the equation. This section is aimed at around Years 10 (UK); Grade 9 (US).

The Periodic table is available as a reference tool - pupils use it to help work out the formulas oif the compounds.
