# has the ability to achieve a decent A level grade but ~ commitment to the subject has to be seriously questioned. ^ did make an excellent start in Year 12 but gradually ^ appears to have lost interest. ^ has failed to keep to the coursework timetable and as a consequence, ^ has a great deal to do in the remaining months if ^ is to do this examination justice. ^ has yet to hand in ~ Promotional Brief which should have been completed last June and I have still not seen ~ main coursework project once. Despite numerous requests to bring ~ folio into school, so that I can offer help and advice at each stage of the design process, I am still waiting. Most of ~ valuable time in lessons is simply wasted doing nothing constructive or productive and although ^ does attend regularly, ^ is often late. ^ now has less than three months to complete all ~ work and although it seems a tall order ^ can still make it but it will require a tremendous amount effort on ~ part. ^ is a decent young man and I would be really delighted if ^ pulls out all the stops and achieves a decent measure of success at the end of the course. # has been the most able of the students in the group but ^ has missed many lessons, therefore, I am a little concerned as to whether or not ^ is keeping pace with the work. In lessons, ^ does seem to be working but I feel that for at least 50% of the lesson time is simply wasted and ^ will not do the classwork that is set. ^ always wants to do ~ own work, how that will affect him in the external examination we will soon find out. At the start, I felt that ^ would achieve a grade A or B at the end of the course but now after ~ mediocre performance throughout the course and ~ reluctance to follow the timetable and the work schedules feel that we may now have to lower our sights. ^ could still prove me wrong and end up with a top grade, I certainly hope so. ^ is a decent and pleasant young man who could be on ~ way to real success but only if ~ is prepared to pull out all the stops and complete all the stages of the design process for both the Promotional Brief and the Project to a high standard set against the assessment criteria, before the April deadline. # rarely attends lessons and I simply have no idea as to how ^ is progressing with ~ coursework. ^ has yet to show me ~ Promotional Brief, which should have been finished last June, therefore, I have not been able to help him or provide any guidance. When ^ does attend lessons ^ is nearly always late and totally ill prepared. Seventy-five per cent of ~ time in lessons is often wasted sitting there talking or simply doing nothing, even though ^ could be doing ~ coursework or classwork exercises. Despite repeated requests to bring in ~ folios I am still waiting to see work of any kind. ^ very rarely asks for help with ~ work and I have a sense of dread that this course may prove to be a complete waste of ~ time and mine. On the other hand ^ just may surprise me in April and submit the work which will show that ^ has the ability, has done all that is necessary and that ^ deserves a just reward. ^ has always been a respectful and decent student and I sincerely do hope that at the end ^ will make it all worthwhile and achieve a fair measure of success, try your best Anthony it's still not too late! # appears to want to do well in this subject but ~ whole approach to ~ work has to be questioned. ^ has attended lessons regularly but most of ~ time in has been simply wasted doing very little, not even the work set by me and there has been no sense of purpose or determination. ^ has failed repeatedly to bring in ~ coursework folio despite numerous requests, I am still waiting for ~ Promotional Brief which should have been completed last June and I have yet to see ~ main Project which has to be completed by April 14th. ^ still has the ability and time to achieve a decent A level grade but this has to be the result of sheer hard work and a renewed sense of purpose in the remaining months. ^ must re-examine all ~ coursework at every stage of the process and see if it satisfies the assessment criteria, plan very carefully what remains to be completed and ask for advice whenever it is needed. ^ should also use whatever spare time ^ has working with me, either during or after school. I sincerely hope that the course will pay him a good divided at the end but it will only be through ~ own efforts do yourself justice Simon. It is difficult to say exactly how # is progressing with ~ coursework as I have yet to see any. Despite numerous requests, ^ has not submitted ~ Project or ~ Promotional Brief, which should have been completed last June. I feel that it is completed but I have not been able to offer him the advice and guidance at each stage, which is essential if ^ is to achieve a decent A level grade. ~ earlier attendance had not been consistent, although it has been regular recently. However, when in lessons ^ does very little work up to seventy five per cent of ~ time is simply wasted doing nothing at all not even the work set and as there is no folio I cannot give him advice or help. I would like to see a more determined and dynamic approach in the remaining months and would also advise him to re-examine ~ folios of work and compare them against the design process, work schedule and assessment criteria and ^ must produce ~ own work plan and timetable, so that all is completed before the April deadline. ^ is a decent and sensible young man but I will be extremely disappointed if ^ achieves only a mediocre grade, as ^ has the ability to achieve so much more. It is up to you #, work hard, make this course pay and enjoy a real sense of achievement.
